Hana Studio

Located in Al Quoz, Dubai’s renowned creative and industrial district, Hana Studio is a large-scale photography studio designed to serve the city’s growing commercial production, fashion, and content creation industries. The project required a combined civil and steel construction approach to deliver the expansive column-free spaces, high ceilings, and structural flexibility essential to a professional studio environment — where lighting setups, large sets, and uninterrupted shooting areas demand a building engineered around the needs of production.

Biston delivered both the civil and steel scope of the project, building a robust framework capable of supporting the studio’s scale while maintaining the open volumes and clean architectural lines required by the brief.
